my whole life
I've been creating and making my whole life. I create props for my library displays and design craft activities for events like Book Week and Melbourne Knowledge Week. Recently, I've made dozens of crafts with instruction sheets for people to make during the COVID19 lockdown.
I choose a different theme for Christmas every year to both challenge myself and create parameters to work within- last year was Shiny Brite and everything was iridescent or holographic. I applied holographic vinyl to tote bags for all 60 of my library colleagues.
My kids' chose their party theme every year when they were little and we designed and made all the props, invitations and party bags together. I don't have photos of all of them (pre-smartphone!) but I do have the best memories...
