glorious food...

I love food. I've been baking since I was very young and feeding my own family for over twenty years. I've managed cafes, worked in commercial kitchens and as a caterer. I've baked and decorated hundreds of customised wedding and birthday cakes. I've run countless cake stalls and made thousands of jars of jam and chutneys.

I love creating themed food for parties- the Jabba the Hut meringues I invented for my son's Star Wars party were memorable and the blossom cupcakes for my daughter's Japanese party have been repinned like crazy on Pinterest...

My very favourite food writer is Jill Dupleix. I don't have a favourite food because that's just too hard!
